Cabarrus County Schools announced in January that spring 2025 would be the first season of high school boys volleyball as a pilot program to gage interest in the sport.
Games were played on Saturdays in April and May with teams within Cabarrus playing one another.

The Tigers ended their first season with a perfect 10-0 overall record.
