Away Meet @ C.C. Griffin Middle School

Athletes will travel on the bus leaving Hickory Ridge and head to Kannapolis. Students will dismiss from their 6^th period at 3:30pm. Meets generally start around 4:30pm. Once the 200m dash has started you can plan to sign them out on their sign out page, or they can plan to ride back on the bus.

All students should come to school with their track uniform jersey and shorts. Please ensure your athlete brings a personal water bottle to stay hydrated. Please ensure your athlete eats a good dinner the night before, as well as breakfast and lunch the day of.
