ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION INFORMATION

Any student-athlete wanting to tryout or attend workouts for a sport must have a completed CCS athletic packet AND a current physical turned in and approved by Mr. Lenz our Athletic Trainer. To save a trip to school, feel free to upload a copy of your new physical via the Dragon Fly registration platform. Once we receive the paperwork, physical, and check eligibility we will then issue the student-athlete an orange card/wristband to give the coach letting them know you are cleared for tryouts. NO ORANGE PASS/NO PARTICIPATING!!!
