J. N. Fries Athletics Department is designed to offer the total education-based athletics experience to develop individuals and teams for the purpose of lifelong success.
ATHLETIC PHYSICALS ARE REQUIRED
Athletic Physicals will need to be completed and submitted to our Athletic Director or Athletic Trainer before attending any workouts, skill sessions, tryouts, etc. Print a copy of the Physical Form to be filled out by a physician. Click on the Forms link above.
